Joining Collibra’s Renewals team

The Renewals team at Collibra is a highly collaborative and dynamic team that provides support to various departments such as Sales, Order Operations, Legal, and Finance. The POD approach mentality is essential to succeed in this role, as it requires working across different departments with varying needs. Creativity and original thinking are also crucial qualities that one must possess to secure best-in-class renewal rates. To excel in this position, one must have a strong understanding of systems and processes, and the ability to manage and close a substantial volume of renewal opportunities. This is a hybrid position based in Prague, CZ.

Renewals Administrator at Collibra are responsible for

  • Working closely with the sales teams and other internal departments for timely renewals
  • Coordinating the renewal process from start to finish, including quote management, contracts and pricing with Sales.
  • Preparing renewal quotes and contracts verification, review terms and conditions
  • Working closely with Finance and Legal teams to ensure all contracts are accurate and in-line with corporate policies.
  • As needed, providing guidance on how to strategize the renewal process in order to maximize value-based renewal pricing.
  • Completing renewal lifecycle management including order creation and submission, quoting, and obtaining signed paperwork to close the renewal as required.
  • As needed, responding to questions from sales reps on any aspect of a renewal
  • Partnering with other renewal and sales team members as appropriate to assist with successful completion of renewal
  • Coverage: one or several EMEA sub-regions: UK, Northern, DACH, Southern Europe and / or APAC and EMEA, subject to change.

You have

  • Experience negotiating contracts and working with SaaS renewals is preferred
  • Experience working closely with Enterprise Sales is preferred
  • Proven track record of success in managing high-volume renewals in accounts is preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Configure Price Quote (CPQ) applications is preferred
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required
  • You must have work authorization to work in Prague, CZ

Measures of success

  • Within your first month you will complete onboarding and enablement, meet with the global team and cross-functional partners, shadow current RM’s
  • Within your third month you will be fully ramped, have begun account planning, been introduced to all of your customers and begin engaging directly with clients in the renewal process.
  • Within your six month you will be proactively managing a full book of renewal business, driving on-time renewals, and actively coordinating internal renewal discussions
