Solution Architect

Joining Collibra’s Professional Services team

At Collibra, our Professional Service team relies on Solution Architects to deliver on customer expectations. Working directly with key project and executive stakeholders throughout the entire project life-cycle to ensure customer success and adoption, Solution Architects are customer champions.

This is a hybrid role based in our London office. Our hybrid model means you’ll work from the office at least two days each week. This setup helps us stay connected, work more closely together, and keep making progress as a team.

Solution Architects at Collibra are responsible for

  • Collaborating with Collibra Sales, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Professional Services Management to grow Collibra adoption with both existing and new customer base
  • Mentoring assigned peers and new hires to ensure adoption of delivery methodology and delivery of work, and to ensure that company objectives are met
  • Ensuring services delivery in compliance with established Collibra Engagement Model, Processes, Methodologies and Artifacts
  • Participating in the ongoing improvements of Collibra Engagement Model, Processes, Methodologies and Artifacts
  • Achieving utilization targets and help Collibra to grow its services business

You have

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in a business, technical or related field and 2-3+ years of relevant industry consulting or experience
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and business requirements.
  • Proven track record with delivery of projects and related deliverables on time and on budget
  • Proven ability to communicate and guide Customers (e.g. IT/Business units) to desired outcomes.

You are

  • Knowledgeable about core data management and data governance methodologies and technologies
  • Experienced in contributing to blueprinting, design workshops, and requirements gathering activities.
  • Familiar with developing functional specifications and technical specifications.
  • Familiar with JAVA/Groovy and REST APIs
  • Willing to travel when needed
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely with written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Measures of success

  • Within your first month, you will be enabled in Collibra product offerings, product training, and services portfolio
  • Within your third month, you will be learning the Collibra solutions delivery motion and methodology
  • Within your sixth month, you will be engaged in delivering foundational Collibra solutions
