This is our first time being named to this list, coming in at #44, and we are incredibly grateful to our employees for their contributions to our culture and work environment – leading to this recognition.
Great Place to Work selected the Best Workplaces for Millennials by gathering and analyzing over 1 million confidential survey responses and data from companies representing more than 6.1 million U.S. employees at Great Place to Work-Certified™ organizations. Specifically, the survey asked participants to rate how their company supports them in reaching their full human potential at work, despite their role. We know Collibra would not be the remarkable place that it is without our intelligent, hardworking and committed team and we’ve constructed our engagement, benefits, and employee experience programs to align with our core values, meet the needs of Collibrians across the organization, and be globally inclusive. Feedback from our employees and our inclusion on this list show that we’re delivering on our promise of providing an environment to support your best work, because bold ambitions bring one-of-a-kind opportunities.
This recognition is the latest in what we hope is a year of continuous recognition of our people and culture from Great Place to Work and Fortune in our first year being Great Place to Work certified.
